DAREN PACKET NODE (WB8DMS-7)
145.690 MHZ This node is maintained by SWVARAI. This node (GREEWV) is located on Keeney Mountain near Alderson WV and covers a radius of approximately 50 miles depending on the terrain. It is used chiefly for emergency traffic but can be used to pass messages to and from our area also. The BBS part of the node (LSBGWV) has automatic forwarding to all other DAREN nodes in WV. All messages should be coded ST (do not use SP) so that anyone can kill the message. Connects can be made reliably to most anywhere in West Virginia.
